I was warmly welcomed by Derick at the front desk and he made me and my family smile and felt that we definitely chose the right resort. He help me with checking in my room and made sure we were happy and gave me a partial ocean front view. All at the resort were great but there were a few outstanding employees who went above and beyond with customer service. Firstly Javier at the bellman department. Robert pool man staff was exceptional and was so hard working but very personable with my questions. Judith at the breakfast is a superb staff member she made me feel at home. The pool staff Robin, CJ and one young man who I don't remember his name but he has long braids at pool side made me feel safe. When I ate and the wildlife began to try to eat our lunch he got rid of them so we could eat in peace. I had a small problem and spoke to the Director of the front desk and she was genuinely concerned and took my feelings seriously which made me and my family feel that she really wants customers to enjoy our time at your resort. My family rates this resort 9/10 and we travel all around the world. We will definitely be back next year because this was our first experience in the Keys and this resort set the bar high compared to any other resorts in the keys! See you and your staff next year!

This was by far the best vacation of my life and I travel very frequently for work . The location is amazing the resort beautiful the staff wonderful and my view was breathtaking. This was my first time to the Florida keys and to be honest I had no idea how beautiful this location was. I can’t wait to come back next year . I always use booking and I enjoy the ease of it however this was the first time I had issues with the final pricing. At check out I was charged additional charges from resort like parking and extra room rate . This has never happened. Even though I had my invoice and booking spelled out what I had payed for . Maybe this needs to be fixed through the app . Better communication with resort on what is covered with the price and fees so there will be no surprises. I loved everything. The location the room was very spacious and clean . The decor was very classy. The grounds were beautiful the staff were very friendly and inviting. The kids club convenient. The live music was a plus and we loved the pool and hot tub being open 24 hours

Enjoyed our stay at Playa Largo Resort. The beach was nice, large pool and plenty of seating. We ate at the Sand Bar and food was good. Staff was friendly too. We had a double queen room with just a window view and room was clean and larger than expected so it was a good size for my husband and I and our 17 year old for 3 nights. It's also close to us (about an hour and 20 minute drive) so it's a nice little getaway for a few days without paying for airfare.

The pool was heated so the water was very nice even though it was a little fresh in the late afternoon, the jacuzzi was hot as should be, the bar at the pool is good, the beach area and it's sun beds, atmosphere of the hotel, nice spadeful room, bathroom and good shower, very clean, good breakfast. the pool is open 24hrs so it's we could enjoy the jacuzzi at night.
